Privacy Policy
This page explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are. It covers this website (itfirma.eu) and apps published by IT firma s. r. o. on the Apple App Store.
Last updated: 19 May 2026
1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is IT firma s. r. o., a company registered in Slovakia.
2. What we collect on this website
This website is a static page. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or any third-party scripts. We do not log visitors. If you email us, we receive whatever you send us (your email address and the contents of the message).
3. What our apps collect
Each app published on the App Store has its own data-handling summary in its App Store listing (the "App Privacy" section). In general, our apps are designed to keep data on your device wherever possible. Specifically:
- On-device data. Settings, content you create in the app, and similar data stay on your device and in your private iCloud (if you have iCloud sync enabled in iOS). We do not have access to it.
- No account required. Our apps do not require you to create an account with us.
- No advertising, no tracking. We do not include advertising SDKs and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
- Crash and diagnostics data. If you opt in to share diagnostics with developers in iOS settings, Apple may share anonymised crash reports with us. We use these only to fix bugs.
If a specific app collects something not covered here (for example, an optional account or a server-side feature), it will be disclosed in that app's App Store listing and described in-app the first time the feature is used.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where we do process personal data, we rely on one of the following bases under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):
- Consent — for any optional feature you turn on.
- Performance of a contract — to provide the app or service you've asked for.
- Legitimate interest — to fix crashes and improve the product (limited to anonymised data).
- Legal obligation — to keep records required by Slovak tax and accounting law.
5. Sharing & third parties
We do not sell your data. Limited processing by third parties may occur in the following cases:
- Apple — handles App Store distribution, payments, and (optionally) iCloud sync of your in-app data. Apple's privacy practices apply.
- Email provider — when you write to us, our email is hosted by a standard email provider.
6. International transfers
Our operations are based in the European Union. Some of the providers above (notably Apple) may transfer data outside the EEA. They do so under safeguards required by GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
7. Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request, and afterwards only as required by Slovak accounting and tax law. We do not retain data from our apps on our servers unless the app explicitly says so.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
To exercise any of these rights, email tomas@itfirma.eu.
9. Children
Some of our apps are designed for use by or alongside children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. App-side data stays on the device and (optionally) in the family's private iCloud.
10. Changes
If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes that affect existing users may also be communicated in-app.
